DRAW
Concept
A quick-draw duel. Keep your hand still until the word.
A spaghetti-western quick-draw duel for the phone. You do not win by tapping fast. You win by holding still until the word, then drawing clean from your own holster side. One page, nothing to install, playable on a phone, a controller, or a keyboard.

Background
An outlaw faces you at sundown. The word comes at a random moment, and from the second outlaw on, baits come first: a red DRAT in the same type as the real word, a crow, a church bell. React to one and you have flinched. Any input before the word loses the round outright.
A draw takes two beats, draw and then fire, and it comes from your own holster side. Left-handed and right-handed are different hands on the phone and different sticks on a controller, not one screen flipped. The holster defaults to the left. Win and the next outlaw is faster; lose and it is Boot Hill, back to the first.
It sits in the same lane as JETSAM! and ANAMNESIS: a single web page, playable on a phone, short enough to play between other things, and small enough that a two-player mode on one screen is the obvious next idea. Leone silhouettes on a sunset, with nothing to install.
Where it stands
A pitch and a playable duel against a seven-outlaw ladder, running locally with its own rule tests. Placeholder silhouettes. On hold while an earlier design document is reconciled with the pitch.
What's next
Reconcile the two designs, then names and faces for the outlaws, and a release on itch.
